How we work

The main principle that guides us in our work is openness to partners and donors.
We realize that the main thing in people’s desire to help is their confidence that their help will reach the addressee and bring the declared benefit.

Therefore, we want you to:

1. Received maximum information about the problems of the needy.
2. Had the opportunity to verify this information directly in communication with the victims and confirm them with local authorities.
3. They sent their donations directly to the specialized bank accounts of the victims for housing reconstruction without any intermediaries.
4. They could check how reconstruction projects are implemented.

What did we do? (05.2024)

1. Established contacts with the victims – 54 persons.
2. Collected documents confirming the loss of housing as a result of military operations.
3. Picked up reconstruction projects and coordinated them with the victims.
4. Full packages of documentation and contracts have been prepared with 4 victims, we are continuing work with others.

We have now started work on attracting donations to the victims’ accounts for the implementation of projects.

Work algorithm

1. The engineering company organizes the work of collecting funds and rebuilding the houses of the victims by:

• Collection of supporting documents of victims,
• Selection and coordination of reconstruction projects,
• Fundraising organizations,
• Preparation of agreements with material suppliers and builders,
• Organization of preparatory and construction works.

2. Donors transfer the donation directly to the victims’ accounts.

3. The victims pay the collected funds in a timely manner for the delivered materials and components, as well as for construction works. Upon the completion of the work, the victims pay the Engineering Company for the engineering work.

Control over the movement of funds.

1.  The donor has the right to monitor the receipt of the donation by the victims and the intended use of the funds by:

• Obtaining contact data of victims,
• Receiving a copy of the statement from the bank account to the victim’s address,
• Obtaining a copy of construction contracts and supply of goods,
• Obtaining a copy of the Act of completed works.

2. Control over the movement of funds and providing donors with the information they need rests with the Engineering Company.
